Terms
The rules of using SwarmWarn — short version: we tell you the truth about the build.
Effective date: current live terms.
1. What SwarmWarn is
SwarmWarn is a pre-deploy consequence intelligence service. It reads your repository, schema, routes, and deployment surface, and returns named verdicts and structured fix plans.
2. What SwarmWarn is not
- It is not a deployment tool. We do not promote builds.
- It is not a code generator. We do not author features.
- It is not an oracle. We tell you what the rules say and what the platform will do — nothing more.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide read-only access scoped to what you want analyzed.
- Review fix plans before merging. Recovery diffs are suggestions, not commands.
- Maintain your own incident response. SwarmWarn replaces post-incident pages with pre-deploy verdicts — but you still own the deploy button.
4. Plans & billing
Container Sizing plans: Watch ($79/mo), Recovery ($249/mo), Command ($599/mo). Billing via Stripe (pending live). No surprise overages: if you exceed a tier, we notify and let you choose.
5. Service level
Verdicts return within the SLO of your tier, even if the model explanation layer is degraded — deterministic rules execute independently from any LLM provider. See Provider Resilience in Services.
6. Termination
You may cancel any time. We will retain your readouts per your plan retention window, then delete them.
